OVERVIEW
The contracts division of Trills Services Ltd recently completed the refurbishment of a 1980’s industrial unit in Abingdon over a ten-week programme.
Following the replacement of the roof and external cladding, internally there was a combination of meeting rooms, washroom facilities and office space spread over two floors to decorate and furnish. New flooring was fitted and new sanitary ware installed. Extensive mechanical and electrical works were undertaken, including a new heating system, lighting, mains power and distribution boards to comply with current regulations. Finally the windows and doors were replaced both internally and externally to the property.
After the previous tenant had left our instruction was to return the 1000sqm of office and warehouse space back to the standard of a new unit on the high profile site. Trills were very happy to be involved with bringing this tired and degraded building back to valuable rental asset for our client.
Upon completion the client commented, “Thanks for all your hard work on this project. Job well done!”
