OVERVIEW
Trills successfully completed the twelve-week programme incorporating total interior and exterior refurbishment of a Grade II listed building situated in a prime position in Solihull town centre.
The works included replacement of flooring throughout the building and full extensive electrical works. The sanitary ware within the building was also replaced. In addition, full decorative works and tiling was carried out throughout the building. Periodic ironmongery and joinery works were also included to in keep with the traditional features.
This was a sympathetic renovation to comply with the listed constraints, however Trills were able to deliver a building with traditional features and a contemporary feel.
