Trills effectively worked to a dual phased refurbishment programme within the Balmoral and Windsor buildings at Leicester Royal Infirmary, creating a clinical store within the sterile cleansing department.
Works included: a full M&E package, new flooring and ceilings, bespoke pass through hatch that was specific to this project, joinery works and full decorative works. New sanitary ware, code locks and worktops were also installed.
Further works include the formation of new offices and meeting rooms that are formerly the MEDCAD storage area.
Phased programming enabled Trills to work within the controlled environment at the hospital, avoiding disruption to both patients and staff.
